Frequently Asked Questions About Our Entertainment Marketing Services

Q) What types of contacts are in your data base?
A) Our contact list consists of industry decision makers -mostly executive producers, producers, production coordinators, network or production company executives, and other key positions that are in charge of selecting vendors and services for a production project. In addition we are contacting projects in development and pre-production.

Q) Are the contacts for Film or Television?
A) Our contacts run the whole gamut of production types including feature films, television projects, music videos, commercials, corporate, documentary, web series and live events.  Also projects in pre-production.  You tell us what categories you prefer and we will contact them for you.

Q) Can I purchase or rent your production contact lists?
A) Unfortunately, no.  Our list is exclusive to our active clients.

Q) We already have someone taking care of our social media needs.  Can we trade that part of the service for something else?
A) Yes.  We can work with you to determine the most effective way to use our business development services.  We are flexible and happy to customize a program for you and can augment your existing marketing efforts.

Q) What is your Phone Marketing service?
A) Our Phone Marketing service is one of our most popular services.  We will make calls to the selected lists of producers and decision makers on your behalf, introducing your service and your specials to hundreds of potential clients that did not know of you before.  It's related to old school cold calling - but much more fun and effective!

Q) How does your Email Campaign work?
A) Our Email Campaigns have an open rate of TWICE the industry standard.  We keep the content simple, informative and fun for our industry readers.  Let us know what you'd like us to say about you.  We can help write it up for you.

Q) How many companies do you have per category?
A) There are exceptions for some of the programs we offer, but generally we prefer to take only ONE COMPANY PER CATEGORY to give you an advantage over your competition.  Representation is on a first-come basis.  
Q) If I sign up for your service, will I be obligated to continue if it does not work for me?
A) No.  We will be working hard to get that phone to ring for you, but there is no obligation on your part to continue with our service if it is not working.  Our service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed upon.  
Q) If I'm interested, what would the next step be?
A) Payment is required to secure your placement as the exclusive vendor in a specific category.  We accept checks or any major credit card via our secured Pay Pal service.  You will receive an invoice along with 10 questions that you will answer about your company to help us market you better to the production community.
